She fought for my needs with the sellers and negotiated on my behalf. Covid rules made acquiring a mortgage much more difficult, and we had to move the closing date three times. The best of the best! Pedro and his team go way beyond what you expect from a realtor. He is available 24/7 to answer any questions; believe me, I had quite a few. He was very patient and explained everything in detail. If there was something he didn't know, which was rare, he would get me the right answer. Not just make something up, as most realtors do. Katherine spent a lot of time helping us find our home. We saw many houses and she drove into 3 or 4 different counties in Maryland meeting us so we could look at homes. She was always professional, polite, patient, and insightful. She encouraged us even when we were down.
